How we got started
I am owner-operator of Customer Advocacy Partners, LLC. Customer Advocacy Partners specializes in organizational development, management, and efficiency for the purpose of improving a company’s customer satisfaction and ensuring long-term loyalty and increased revenue.
In January of 2020, nearing the end of a four-month hotel stay with my mother as she recovered from a lifesaving medical procedure, I was able to lead the hotel manager through a process improvement exercise for an issue which had plagued guests for months. By utilizing continuous improvement methodologies, the issue was resolved and upon returning home I decided to start my company.
